Dylan Scott

A native of the greater New York City area, Dylan attended the Ohio State University, studying journalism and beginning what is now a decade-plus journey in the industry.

Dylan comes to Portland from Austin (T.X.) where he was worked in a similar role at Spectrum News 1 Texas for the past two-and-a-half years.

During his tenure there, he earned an Emmy as a member of the Station of the Year for their work during the Uvalde School Shooting, Border Crisis, Election Night, and Severe Weather Coverage among other significant news events.

Prior to his work in the Lonestar State, the veteran storyteller has also held various positions across the country such as Sports Director in Colorado Springs (KOAA-TV) and beat reporting for the Green Bay Packers (WLUK/Fox 11).

When the PNW transplant isn’t finding the next hiking trail or food cart to chow down at, you can likely find him at the movies, listening to live music or rooting on the Yankees, Knicks, Rangers, and Buckeyes.

Passionate about his family and friends, Dylan is excited to embrace this community and become someone viewers can count on nightly.
