Man falls through unlatched window of moving bus on highway

HULL, Iowa (KTIV/Gray News) – A man was flown to the hospital early Saturday morning after falling out the window of a moving bus in Iowa.
Deputies with the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office said an “All 4 Fun” party was going about 50 mph on Highway 18 when 21-year-old Levi Koompans leaned against an unlatched window and fell through it onto the road.
Koompans was taken to a nearby hospital before being flown to Sioux Falls to be treated for serious injuries.
Authorities did not say if any charges would be filed.
