KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV/GrayNews) – Travis and Jason Kelce have taken their “New Heights” podcast to Amazon’s Wondery in a deal reportedly worth $100 million.

The three-year deal gives Wondery exclusive ad-sales and distribution rights to the brothers’ popular podcast beginning on Wednesday, coinciding with the start of the NFL season, a source familiar with the deal told Variety.

Along with global distribution rights to all audio and video episodes of “New Heights With Jason and Travis Kelce,” the deal gives Wondery rights to the podcast’s back catalog, as well as rights to create international audio adaptations of the podcast.

Wondery will have exclusive rights to monetize and distribute audio and video podcast episodes.

The podcast will be available on all podcast services, and Wondery+ subscribers will be able to listen ad-free.

Wondery will also have the right to develop, manufacture, license and distribute all merchandise based on “New Heights,” which will continue to be produced by Wave Sports + Entertainment.

“We couldn’t be more excited to team up with Wondery for the next phase of ‘New Heights,’” the Kelce brothers said in a statement. “We love this show, and the fanbase that has grown with us over the last two seasons. Wondery understands the shared vision and will offer a wealth of experience and resources to take us to ‘New Heights’! We are going to create some groundbreaking moments together through this partnership. We are thrilled to start Season 3 — see you soon, 92%ers!”

The Kelce brothers launched the podcast in 2022 with Wave Sports + Entertainment where it became an immediate hit in their respective NFL teams’ cities—Kansas City and Philadelphia.

Following their journey all the way through 2023′s Super Bowl LVII when the Chiefs and Eagles were matched up against each other, the “New Heights” podcast grew to net hundreds of thousands of views per episode.

Among the most popular in the show’s first year was “The Mom & Dad Episode” with parents Ed and Donna, the Super Bowl episode and the Patrick Mahomes episode.

The entertaining banter between the brothers would only soar in the next year.

After the relationship between Travis and Taylor Swift became international gossip in the fall of 2023 and the show flexed its star power muscles by adding guests like Charles Barkley and Andy Reid, the show truly lived up to its name each week, with new heights of viewers seemingly being reached each episode.

The podcast has consistently been ranked as the top sports podcast on Apple and Spotify during the NFL season. It even earned podcast of the year recognitions at the iHeartMedia’s 2024iHeartPodcast Awards.

“‘New Heights” will continue to be available widely on all podcast services, including Wondery’s various distribution channels and on YouTube,” Variety reported.

Three-time Super Bowl champion Travis Kelce is about to kick off his 11th season with the Kansas City Chiefs, while fellow Super Bowl champion and former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce is settling into his first year of retirement.
