RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) -Top golfers hit the Elkhorn course in Spearfish for the Notah Begay Junior qualifier on Tuesday. Spearfish’s Parker Reede and Rapid City’s Kaitlin Strain captured the top spots.
