Dunn Brothers Coffee opening new location in Rapid City

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) - Dunn Brothers Coffee is opening a second location in Rapid City next month.

The owners bought the original place back in 2014 before moving to the old Landstrom building that they operate today in 2017. Since then, owner Jesse O’Connor and his parents have been working to make their shop a staple in the building and the surrounding area.

O’Connor says that about a year ago the opportunity came up to open a new location and his family jumped on it. He emphasized the look and feel of this new spot will be just like customers are used to.

“We’re gonna have a few different tweaks in terms of what it’s gonna look like on the inside, but what it is that we have for product offerings and everything like that, that’s all gonna be the same. Everything we have at our current store we’re gonna have at the new one,” O’Connor said.

The new shop will be located at 4956 5th Street, along the residential and shopping corridor on the south end of town. O’Conner says the plan is to have the shop opened by the middle of July.
