Cole Younger pleads not guilty on both counts of first-degree murder and first-degree robbery
RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) - The man accused of killing a woman and carjacking a rideshare driver last month pleads not guilty to both counts in court Monday morning.
35-year-old Cole Younger is charged with the first-degree murder of 41-year-old Brandi Snowfly at the Rodeway Inn and the first-degree robbery of a rideshare driver in Rapid City back on May 12th. Younger pleaded not guilty to both counts.
He then asked the judge if he could receive some clarification from the investigating officers before being advised to stay silent by his attorney. Younger has another hearing set for July 1st.
He faces a mandatory life sentence if he’s convicted on the murder charge.
