RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) -Post 22 head coach Kelvin Torve is one of the newest members of the South Dakota sports hall of fame. He will be inducted at a ceremony in Sioux Falls in September. We caught up with Torve to chat about the honor and his life in baseball.
