Pleasant weather this Memorial Day

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - We will see sunny skies and breezy conditions on this Memorial Day, 2024. Highs will be in the 60s to lower 70s, which is close to normal.

Sunny, warmer weather can be expected Tuesday with highs in the 70s.

A change in the weather arrives Wednesday: moist southerly winds will combine with an approaching trough to create scattered strong to severe storms in the afternoon. Expect warm temperatures with highs in the lower 80s.

Cooler temperatures return Thursday and Friday with a lingering chance of scattered showers and thundershowers. Warm, dry weather returns the first weekend of Juine!
