Connie Lester Uhre was sentenced to 90 days in county jail with all time suspended. Uhre was found guilty of spraying people with a furniture cleaner while they were protesting in the parking lot of the Grand Gateway Hotel. At the time Uhre was one of the owners of the hotel.

During Friday’s sentencing, the judge claimed Uhre’s lack of criminal history along with her lung cancer diagnosis and not being able to prove the crime was racially motivated as reasons behind the suspended sentence.
