Showers and storms are likely Sunday

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) - Scattered showers and storms are expected Sunday. They’ll start to clear out later in the afternoon and evening hours. High temperatures will be in the 50s for the hills and 60s elsewhere.
Memorial Day will have plenty of sunshine with mild temperatures. Many spots will reach the 60s and a few 70s. It will be breezy Monday with gusts ranging from 30 to 40 mph. Warmer air continues to build for the rest of next week with highs in the 70s and 80s across the region.
Afternoon storm chances return Wednesday and Thursday to the region. Expect temperatures to remain above normal going into June.
