Pet of the Week: Meet Suka

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) - Every week we spotlight a different animal up for adoption at the Humane Society of the Black Hills and this week, we have a cat for you.

Meet Suka, an eight-year-old, seventeen-pound medium hair sweetie looking for her new forever home. This old gal is used to having people around and is very sweet. Most days she will be content laying next to you on the couch or napping on her bed.

Suka is fully litter box trained and shouldn’t create any headaches with cleaning up after her.

Those weary of their furniture getting scratched up have nothing to worry about, Suka is declawed on her front legs.

Those looking to adopt Suka or any other animal at the Humane Society can find them on East Saint Patrick Street open every weekday but Wednesday.
