Rain Showers To Start Out The Work Week
RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) -
Overnight we are going to see clearing skies with temperatures making it into the 40s in Rapid City. Tomorrow, temperatures stay cooler than average with rain showers looking likely for some where others will see just cloudy skies. Futurecast is showing that rain showers are looking likely during the day tomorrow with light to moderate rain. That rain continues on Tuesday with a few lingering showers into Wednesday morning. Overnight tonight, we are going to see mostly clear skies with temperatures in the 30s and 40s across the region. These temperatures are near average for this time of year. Temperatures tomorrow still stay on the cooler side with rain showers likely for some, otherwise we will be cloudy, keeping those temperatures at bay. Rain showers look to stick around both tomorrow and Tuesday with a few spots in NE Wyoming and the Northern Hills seeing some isolated showers Wednesday. Sunshine returns to the forecast in Rapid City on Thursday with a few isolated thunderstorms possible. We can’t rule out showers or storms for the rest of the week, but chances are lowest as we head towards the weekend.
