AFL team folds, Marshals committed to playing
Iowa Rampage ceases operations

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) -The Arena Football League’s Iowa Rampage announced they are ceasing operations on Thursday. The Rapid City Marshals released a statement saying they want to continue the season but acknowledged the league has not met financial obligations to the team.
