23-year-old Willie Wounded Jr. pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter back in January.
According to the factual basis statement in the case, Wounded was drunk and speeding when an SUV he was driving on Highway 18 near mile marker 94 crashed and overturned, killing his passenger 16-year-old Wendalynn Warrior.
