RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - Below average temperatures stick around today with highs in the 40s for many, though a few spots in the Black Hills and Wyoming will stay in the 30s. Partly cloudy skies will be likely through the day as winds gust up to 35 mph at times.

Temperatures will stay cool on Saturday with partly cloudy skies around the Black Hills, but temperatures will warm up on Sunday with highs ranging from the 50s to the 60s. It will be slightly breezy Sunday with gusts up to 30 mph.

Expect breezy conditions to linger across the area on Monday. Temperatures will fall into the 50s for many as a few isolated showers will be possible.

Warmer 70s return by the end of next week, with a chance of afternoon and evening thunderstorms as soon as Thursday.
