Sunshine Returns; Cooler Temperatures Remain
RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) -
Overnight we will see decreasing clouds as we become clear by the early morning. Much of the night we will see partly cloudy skies and temperatures dipping into the upper 20s for Rapid. Tomorrow, we are staying cool but the sunshine is going to return all day long. We are going to see temperatures stay in the 40s all day long. Make sure to bring those sunglasses because you’ll definitely need them tomorrow. Futurecast is showing that we are going to see sunshine in and around the Black Hills tomorrow. A few clouds are possible in NW South Dakota over the next couple of days, but mostly sunny skies are still going to dominate. Overnight tonight, we will see temperatures drop into 20s and 30s for a colder feel. Partly cloudy skies are likely tonight, but we will see decreasing clouds after midnight. Tomorrow, temperatures stay relatively cool with 40s likely for most with lots of sunshine to go around for everyone. The next three days in NE Wyoming and the Northern Hills shows that we are going to see sunshine sticking around for the most part, but temperatures will remain on the cooler side. Rapid City sees the cooler temperatures stick around through the first half of the weekend then we start to warm up. 60s are likely on Sunday and Monday and by Wednesday of next week, temperatures may make it back into the 70s.
