RC Christian boys place 4th capping off historic season
Comets fall to Dakota Valley 78-73

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) - Although the Rapid City Christian boy’s basketball team fell in Saturday’s 3rd place game to Dakota Valley 78-73, the Comets had a monumental season. Kyle Courtney’s squad made it to the state tournament for the first time in 21 years, while winning 21 games along the way. The Comets’ 75-72 win versus Sioux Valley on Thursday night marked the first state tournament win in program history.
