DEADWOOD, S.D. (KEVN) - Brittany Diana Sneesby, 26, the woman who allegedly hit and killed Brandon Pressley, 38, faces three charges. On Wednesday, the judge read Sneesby her three charges: vehicular homicide, first offense drinking under the influence, and speeding, while Pressley’s sister and girlfriend sat in the courtroom.

Sneesby could spend 15 years in prison if convicted on all three charges.

On Dec. 13, Brittany Diana Sneesby, 26, was allegedly speeding and hit and killed Brandon Pressley, 38. Pressley was hit in Deadwood while crossing Highway 14A near the intersection of Main Street. Law enforcement conducted a field sobriety test and found that Sneesby had been drinking.

Sneesby will appear back in court at the Lawrence County Courthouse on Feb. 8.
