WASHINGTON (Gray DC) -President Joe Biden travels to Milwaukee on Tuesday to tout his administration’s efforts in replacing lead pipes in Wisconsin and across the country.

With the presidential election less than a month away, President Biden travels to battleground Wisconsin to tout the benefits of the Administration’s bi-partisan infrastructure law.

The White House says so far $9 billion has been invested nationwide to replace lead pipes, including over $200 million in Wisconsin.

Human Rights Watch notes that places such as Flint, Michigan, still do not have clean water.

While in Milwaukee, Biden will announce plans to replace all lead pipes over the next 10 years.

Just last month, the President traveled to Westby, Wisconsin - to discuss the Administration’s new investments in high-speed internet. The state’s 10 electoral votes are a big prize that both the Harris and Trump campaigns are competing for – with the presidential election less than 30 days away.
