WASHINGTON (Gray DC) - Former President Trump spoke out about a far-right political activist he has been seen with recently and vowed to launch mass migrant deportations from one Ohio community during a press conference on Friday.

Speaking before members of the press at his golf course in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif. on Friday, the former president answered a question about the activist, Laura Loomer. Some have recently raised concerns about her past controversial remarks.

“Laura has been a supporter of mine, just like a lot of people are supporters, and she’s been a supporter of mine. She speaks very positively of the campaign,” said Trump. “I don’t control Laura. Laura has to say what she wants. She’s a she’s a free spirit.”

He also vowed to launch large deportations in Springfield, Ohio. This comes after debunked claims of Haitian migrants eating pets circulated throughout the country this week.

“We will do large deportations from Springfield, Ohio. Large deportation. We’re going to get these people out,” he said.
