PEPPER PIKE, Ohio (WOIO/Gray News) – A 20-year-old FedEx worker was killed in a tragic accident when he fell out of his vehicle on an Ohio roadway.

According to Pepper Pike police, the accident happened on the morning of July 14 on Interstate 271.

The FedEx truck was traveling north in the express lane, according to the police report, when the driver and passenger noticed the right sliding door was opening.
