4-year-old falls from 7th-story window while being watched by his 10-year-old sister, police say

BEDFORD HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO/Gray News) – A 4-year-old boy was seriously injured when he fell out of a seventh-story apartment window Tuesday afternoon, according to officials.
The accident happened around 1:15 p.m. at Trinity Towers in Bedford Heights, Ohio.
Police said the boy was being watched by his 10-year-old sister. No one else was inside the apartment, police said.
The boy reportedly suffered serious injuries to his legs and arms.
Police said charges are pending and the investigation is ongoing.
The child’s name is not being released at this time.
