Eric's 60 Second Kitchen - Egg Drop Soup

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) - Most of you have probably ordered this soup at your favorite Chinese restaurant.
It is extremely easy to make: first, boil 3 cups of chicken broth. Add 2 teaspoons of corn starch that has been dissolved in water. Stir continuously until silk and a bit thicker. Then drop in one beaten egg - cook 1 to 2 minutes, then spoon into a bowl. Top with sliced green onions.
