RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) - Rapid City Stevens football is a vote away from naming its new football coach. In the beginning of May, former head coach Michael Scott told his team he’d be stepping down, but would still remain involved with the program. This past week it was announced that Stevens will be hiring Patrick Towne to take his place. Towne comes to Rapid City from Austin, Texas.
