GREENVILLE, S.C. (WHNS/Gray News) - Public Works crews came to a kitten’s rescue while working.
Officials in Greenville, South Carolina, said a crew maintaining the median landscape along I-85 heard meowing from inside the bushes. During their search, a small kitten jumped out and darted into traffic.
Crews were able to catch the kitten.
The Public Works Deputy Director adopted the kitten.
“Way to go TJ, Ethan Heden, Robert Golden, Robert Gordon and Joseph Anderson,” city officials said. “You’ve CAT-a-pulted yourselves to the top of our list!”
