RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - Today will be another cloudy, cool day with scattered showers likely. Look for highs in the 50s to near 60 degrees.

Warmer, drier conditions return Wednesday as a ridge of high pressure moves overhead, but more unstable air returns Thursday. As an upper level low moves in Thursday afternoon and evening, scattered thunderstorms are possible, some of which could be rather strong.

Windy, cooler weather can be expected Friday, then a warming trend returns this Memorial Day Weekend. Afternoon and evening thunderstorms are possible Sunday and Monday.
