RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) - At Saturday’s Howard Wood Dakota Relays in Sioux Falls, Sturgis’ Aidan Hedderman beat Fargo North’s Tyler Knoke by 11-hundreths of a second in the boy’s 110 meter hurdles for the second-straight year. Custer’s Ciana Stiefel clears 12 feet and nine inches in pole vault to take the crown.
