Woman involved in producing child pornography changes plea

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) - A Vale woman pleads guilty in a case involving producing child pornography with her husband and a young girl.

Leslie Marie White, 26, pleaded guilty Wednesday in federal court to sexual exploitation of a minor.

The factual basis statement in the case says White admitted to investigators that she is the woman in the pictures with the child and says her husband took the photographs. That statement says in one of the images and a video, her husband, Timothy White, is actively sexually assaulting the girl and says evidence shows the Whites distributed at least 37 child porn images of the child.

Leslie White faces up to 30 years in prison. Timothy White was sentenced to 45 years in federal prison in February after pleading guilty to sexual exploitation of a minor, attempted enticement of a minor using the internet, and receipt of child pornography.
