How one group works to keep homeless veterans off the streets

After two years of steady decline, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development says veteran homelessness is on the rise again.

(InvestigateTV) — Homelessness is on the rise across the United States. One group at risk of not having a stable roof over their heads is U.S. veterans.

After two years of steady decline, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development says “Veteran homelessness is on the rise again - up 7% from 2022 to 2023.”

One organization says it has a model that works to get vets off the streets and on the path to success.

It’s a big goal that stems from a tiny idea.
