Warmer air and plenty of sunshine likely for the rest of the week
RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) - Skies are generally clear overnight as temperatures will steadily climb from the 20s to the 30s. Expect mostly sunny skies for Tuesday with temperatures ranging from the 40s to the 50s. It will be slightly breezy at times.
The warming trend continues for the rest of the week as high temperatures will flirt with 60° Wednesday and reach the 60s for many Thursday and Friday. Some spots in Wyoming could climb into the 70s for the second half of the week.
Moisture is expected to return this weekend with slightly cooler temperatures arriving. It will fall as mostly rain at lower elevations, but some spots in the hills could get some snow showers. Temperatures will be in the 40s and 50s Saturday and will likely fall into the 40s and possibly 30s for Sunday.
Temperatures start off below normal next week, but will rise into the 50s and 60s late next week with some 70s possible!
