RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) - The Diamond E Collective in Rapid City is promising to blend art, music, food, and agriculture into one space.

The Diamond E Collective is a space that incorporates a restaurant, an art gallery, a music venue, and a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. The purpose of this space is to provide a platform that enables producers and consumers to connect more efficiently and beneficially, both in terms of retail and wholesale.

The venue offers year-round access to a menu featuring locally produced agricultural goods such as eggs, milk, and meat.

In addition to that, the venue hosts local art exhibitions and live music events.

The venue also has a commercial kitchen that is available for lease to local caterers and vendors. The owner of the Diamond E Collective, Cindy Tolle, mentioned that there are already a variety of pop-up chefs who are eager to lease the kitchen and the space.

Tolle requires that all producers joining the collective follow specific guidelines, which include using non-GMO seeds and avoiding pesticides and herbicides.
