Mild air stick around through the end of the week
RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) - Skies are mostly clear overnight as temperatures return to the 20s by morning. There could be some patchy fog out near Lemmon, Bison, Faith, Philip and Kadoka.
Plenty of sunshine will be around for Thursday, but clouds will begin to increase into the afternoon hours, especially across Wyoming. Highs will be in the 40s for many. Friday is going to remain mild with highs in the 40s. Skies will start off pretty cloudy in the morning, but they will clear up into the afternoon. An isolated rain or snow shower will be possible.
Warmer temperatures begin to build over the weekend. Highs will be near 50° on Saturday, but upper 50s are likely by Sunday. Plenty of sunshine is expected both days.
High temperatures will climb into the 60s for much of the area next week, which could bring us close to a couple of record highs.
